| Your Cancellation Rights |
| It is advisable that you cancel any unwanted orders by contacting our customer services team directly on 0845 643 0056, quoting your order reference number before they are invoiced. Requests for cancellations sent via email may not be processed for 48 hours in extremely busy periods. |

| Provided you cancel your order within seven days of ordering the product or service, we will credit your payment card with the cost of the unwanted product or service within thirty days of the date of cancellation. In the event where the Energy Assessor has visited the property and carried out a survey, you will incur a charge of £80. Should you cancel your order before the Energy Assessor has visited or within seven working days after the date of placing the order we will refund the cost less administration charges of £20. |

| Pricing Errors |
| Although we make every effort to ensure the prices on the website are correct, mistakes may sometimes be made. If we discover a mistake in the price of the products or service you have ordered, we will let you know and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you or we receive no reply from you, we will cancel your order. If your order is cancelled and you have already paid for the products or service you will receive a full refund. |
